Classic's musical journey began at an early age singing and rapping for his friends and at local talent shows in the Middle Tennessee area. He started to release mixtapes and distribute them around campus when he attended Middle Tennessee State University. His first mixtape #IHateClassic was released in 2010. in 2011 2012, and 2013 he released "The Soul of N**** Charlie" "#SMH (produced by "Walk Wit A Dip's" Klassix Jones) and Re(Flex)tions (produced by Jordan Bartlett of Cherub). He released his debut album on iTunes "Epic Win" in 2013. The album was a very personal project following a breakup and received critical acclaim from Nashville's Premiere Music Magazine Nashville Scene. "The Fall" was featured on Chris Brown's "Mechanical Dummy" blog and has even garnered radio play in European markets such as Finland! He is also a member of Brandon Jazz's "fake rap band" Hot Tub Club who opened up for Nappy Roots, and Chingy. Classic Williams has also opened up for major hip hop acts such as DMX, Coolio, and Ying Yang Twins. Classic has performed at legendary venues in Nashville such as The Basement, 12th and Porter, and Mercy Lounge. He has received major blog recognition from "The Smoking Section" for his work with rapper Drupy on their collaborative project Fli Gang for the song "It Goes Down" produced by Syk Sense. He has also worked extensively and is closely associated with such Nashville Hip Hop acts as Alocodaman and Jung Youth. He has recently formed the duo "UnPopular Demand" with r&b artist and producer Herschel Lamont. In March of 2017 they released their first single "No L's" which caught the ear of blogs LA on Lock and Earmlik. Classic's biggest influences are Kanye West, Pharrell, Kid Cudi, Big Sean, Wiz Khalifa, and Pusha T of the Clipse. Classic is most known for his song "Repeat (Sushi)". The video was for "Repeat (Sushi)" was shot in Los Angeles, CA and features Adult Film Star Ron Jeremy, and Bunny Ranch concubine Kiteh Kawasaki. Classic Williams is an avid anime fan, lover of Asian culture, and wants to promote peace love and positivity around the world! He has traveled the world several times due to his relationship with Oprah Winfrey who is a close family friend and mentor to Classic and has influenced him in to pursue his dreams no matter the cost. Classic's mission is to show the world that anything is possible and that belief in one's self can help you to accomplish anything. He often shows his "Epic" lifestyle in full effect on social media to inspire others to chase their dreams as well. Classic Williams is a one of a kind emcee who is truly unique.
